
Inside Sales Representative
The qualified candidate should be a highly motivated, energetic and self-starting sales professional with the drive and ambition to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Lead follow-up, prospecting, and developing leads into sales opportunities while exceeding sales targets and developing customer relationships
Assist in the creation of new business with new accounts by establishing personal contact with technical and purchasing decision makers in the specified markets
Develop technical expertise to drive sales opportunities
Qualifications:
Must possess a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Must be an organized and self-directed professional, with the ability to develop trust and the persistence to close business over a long sales cycle
Must be a fast learner with the ability to understand, and explain technical concepts
Should be comfortable cold calling and presenting technical information to government purchasing agents, law enforcement professionals and company executives
Must be entrepreneurial and more comfortable at smaller firms, not big companies
Prior military service is preferred, but not required
Must be able to travel on occasion, both within US and internationally
